Shuttles operate Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

  • From Montmorency metro (Laval) to YMX: 6:00 a.m., 6:20 a.m., 6:35 a.m., 6:50 a.m., 7:10 a.m., 7:40 a.m., 10:55 a.m. (See route and timetable section).
  • From Mirabel Airport Zone (YMX) to Montmorency metro station (Laval): 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. (See routes and timetable section).
  • 1 noon departure from YMX to Montmorency metro station - 12:05 p.m.
2. How do I find the shuttle bus to Montmorency metro station?

Departure from Quay 10 of the Montmorency metro terminus.

3. How often does the shuttle service operate?

Shuttles depart regularly every 20 to 30 minutes, with 6 morning slots from the Montmorency metro station and 6 slots from YMX (1 departure at midday in both directions).

The frequency is adapted to the rush hour. This makes your daily commute easier.

4. Are there any intermediate stops between Montmorency and YMX?

No, there are no intermediate stops. The shuttle runs directly between the Montmorency metro station and the Mirabel Airport Zone (YMX), ensuring a fast, uninterrupted journey.

5. How long is the journey from Montmorency to YMX?

The journey takes around +-35 minutes to the first company served, which is Airbus, depending on traffic conditions. This journey time may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions. Travel time to the last company, Lion Electric, is estimated at 56 minutes.

6. Is there reserved parking at the Montmorency metro station for shuttle users?

No – Use the regular parking around the Montmorency metro station.

1. How can I buy a shuttle ticket?

For the first 12 months of the pilot phase, the shuttle is free of charge for all permanent and part-time employees, as well as visitors. So you don’t need to buy a ticket to use this service.

2. Is it possible to reserve a place in advance?

No, it is not possible to reserve a place in advance. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Comfort and facilities

1. What is the capacity of each shuttle?

Each shuttle has 35 seats and 15 standing places.

2. Is the shuttle equipped with Wi Fi?

No, the shuttle is not equipped with Wi Fi.

3. Are there any electrical outlets or USB ports on board?

No, there are no electrical outlets or USB ports on board.

4. Are the shuttles air-conditioned/heated?

Yes, the shuttles are air-conditioned and heated to guarantee optimum comfort in all seasons. You'll travel in pleasant conditions, whether in summer or winter.

Safety and accessibility

1. Are the shuttles accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the shuttles are accessible to people with reduced mobility. 

2. What to do in an onboard emergency?

In the event of an on-board emergency, please call 911 immediately.  You should also inform the driver if he or she is unaware of an emergency situation.
