Marie-Hélène Nolet is a corporate director with over 25 years' experience in management, investment and negotiation in Canada, the United States and Europe. Until recently, she was Chief Operating Officer at Desjardins Capital. She previously worked at BDC where she held various positions in the Venture Capital, Marketing and Public Affairs, and Advisory Services divisions, the last of which as Vice-President, Strategy and Program Support, Advisory Services. She has also worked for Coopers & Lybrand (PwC), GTI Capital, Cesky Mobile and Hydro-Québec CapiTech. She has many achievements to her credit, both with large established institutions and small companies, notably in investment, partnership, governance and management. Among other things, she played a key role in the creation of the Montreal Group, a global forum of development banks dedicated to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

A passionate leader, she knows how to rally her teams around common objectives and ensure that everyone contributes fully. Marie-Hélène Nolet holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, is a CFA charterholder and holds an ICD.A certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Yves Beauchamp
Director, President and CEO

Appointed ex-officio by the Aéroports de Montréal Board of Directors

Yves Beauchamp has been President and Chief Executive Officer of ADM Aéroports de Montréal since September 5, 2023. Prior to that, he was Vice Principal, Administration and Finance, at McGill University. Under his leadership, members of his team accelerated the revitalization and renovation of the university’s buildings and infrastructure. He has also served as Director General of the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) and as Vice-Rector responsible for the development of the Université de Montréal’s new Outremont campus.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in industrial safety and hygiene from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, and a doctorate in industrial engineering from West Virginia University. Over the course of his career, he has received numerous awards and acknowledgements, including the member of the Order of Canada, the Knight of the National Order of Québec, the Médaille de l’Assemblée Nationale of the Government of Québec, and a recognition from the Order of Engineers of Québec for outstanding achievement in research and teaching. He was named a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, of which he was President, and was awarded both Queen Elizabeth II Golden and Diamond Jubilee Medals.

A graduate in Business administration from HEC Montréal, Marc G. Bruneau also holds a certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Active in the finance industry for nearly 25 years, Mr. Bruneau is currently Executive Vice President and Partner for WhiteHaven Securities Inc. Previously, he has also worked in corporate finance and private wealth management over the course of his career, for large financial institutions and important independent investment management firms.

In addition, he acted as a director for Société des Alcools du Québec (SAQ), Loto-Québec, Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal and the McCord Museum. He also was Chairman of the Montreal Millennium Summit from 2007 to 2009.

As a Deloitte audit partner for almost 30 years, Mr. Côté assumed many responsibilities in particular as Quebec Managing Partner and Co-Director of Operations of the Assurance and Advisory practice. Having developed an extensive experience in the financial sector, his areas of expertise include audit services, public and private financing, due diligence reviews, and reviews of internal control and risk management systems.

Mr. Côté is a graduate of Laval University in Accounting Science and Fellow of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec.

He was Chair of the board of the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec (now Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec), Vice-Chair of the board of the Canadian Institute of the Chartered Accountants and Chair of the board of CPA Canada. He is currently a member of the board and chair of the audit and risk management committee of Aéroports de Montréal, Chambre de l’Assurance de Dommages and Laval University Foundation. He is also member of the board and the audit committee of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Goodfellow Inc.

Yves Dufresne worked over 32 years at Air Canada and held different management positions, including as vice-president from 2004 until his retirement from the company in 2017. He was responsible for all international stations, international regulatory matters, among other areas, and played a key role in the expansion of Air Canada’s international network and the development of commercial partnerships and Joint Venture with more than thirty major international airlines.

He holds a Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from Université Laval and a Master’s degree in Air Law from the Institute of Air and Space Law of McGill University.

In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors and member of the development and innovation committee of ADM, he is also an Independent Director on the Board of Bangalore International Airport Limited, a public-private partnership that owns and operates Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore, India.

Stéphanie Lachance is a sustainable investment expert and corporate director. Ms. Lachance is the Head of Sustainable Investment and Partner at Fiera Comox, a global investment manager that manages private investment strategies in Private Equity, Agriculture and Private Credit. She namely leads Fiera Comox’s sustainability strategy and ensures that environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors are integrated into the investment decision-making process across strategies. Prior to joining Fiera Comox, Ms. Lachance spent 15 years at PSP Investments where she was most recently Managing Director and Head of Responsible Investment, leading the Responsible Investment group.

Ms. Lachance holds a Law Degree (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal and is a member of the Quebec Bar. She is a holder of the Institute of Corporate Directors Director designation (ICD.D). She is a member of the board of TSX Trust and a member of the Investment Committee of the Canadian Medical Protective Association.

Réal Laporte

Réal Laporte is a corporate director and strategic advisor to organizations with more than 35 years of experience in the design, development and execution of infrastructure projects. He worked for construction companies before joining Hydro-Québec, where he spent more than 32 years. He led the teams responsible for the development and construction of hydroelectric facilities and transmission infrastructure, and oversaw major hydroelectric projects. In his various roles, he has also been an active promoter of collaboration between universities and the infrastructure project ecosystem.

Mr. Laporte holds a bachelor’s degree in civil construction from the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), a diploma in business law from the Université de Montréal, and a master’s degree in project management from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He is also a graduate of the McGill Executive Institute’s Directors Education Program. He has received numerous awards throughout his career, including being named a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering and the Jean-Jacques Archambault Award from the Association de l’industrie électrique du Québec. He also received the ÉTS Medal of Honour (50th anniversary of the Université du Québec) and “Performance” and “Élixir-Carrière” awards from UQAM’s School of Management (ESG UQAM).

Robert Lefebvre

Robert Lefebvre has more than 20 years of experience in the management of venture capital and development funds. From 2003 to 2015, he was President of the Conseil local de développement de Laval, which he co-founded in 1998. An entrepreneur, he founded and headed from 1987 to 2013 a tech company that specialized in municipal IT consulting. He is very active in the Laval community, having held various senior management positions at the Chambre de commerce de Laval. He has also been President of the Association des centres locaux de développement du Québec.

A graduate of HEC Montréal in Business Administration, Ann MacDonald holds a certificate in project management from the Project Management Institute and is a Certified Company Director of the College of Corporate Directors of Université Laval. During her 17 years at Bombardier Transportation, she has held successive positions as Director and Senior Director in the areas of Project Management, Sales, Business Development, Communications and Public Affairs. Vice-President of Sales and Business Development for 7 years, she has led all commercial projects in Canada and the Americas by putting to action, amongst other things, her valuable negotiating skills. In 2018, she was a senior advisor to Via Rail for the train fleet renewal program. Ms. MacDonald has been a member of numerous associations and forums, including the Conference Board of Canada and the Canadian Urban Transit Association. From 2010 to 2018, she was a member of the board of directors of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation and she also served on its executive committee. She now chairs the board of directors of CHU Sainte-Justine and is a member of the board of directors of Loto-Québec. She also brought her extensive experience in strategic operational growth management and business development to BONE Structure as Chief Operating Officer until 2023.

A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal in Human Resources Management and a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) du Québec, Candice Maxis has more than 15 years of experience in some of Canada’s largest companies. Since July 2023, she has been working for the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) as Chief People and Culture Officer, where she is responsible for further developing the COC’s people and culture strategy. Prior to that, she spent more than four years at Deloitte Canada, most recently as Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, where she developed and led the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and vision. Her career includes positions at Coca-Cola Canada, Bombardier and Intact.

Recognized for her leadership, unique experience in diverse industries and commitment to fostering a more inclusive work environment, Ms. Maxis was named one of Canada’s 100 Most Influential Women in 2022 by the Women’s Executive Network and one of Canada’s 100 Black Women to Watch by Canada International Black Women Excellence.

A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal in economics and organizational social responsibility, and of the École Nationale d'administration publique in international administration, Eve Paré is currently Executive Director of the Association québécoise de l'industrie du disque, du spectacle et de la vidéo (ADISQ). She previously held the position of President and CEO of the Greater Montréal Hotel Association from 2013 to 2021, where she demonstrated outstanding leadership and diligence. In this role, she also chaired the ADM Community Advisory Committee for six years. Prior to joining the Greater Montréal Hotel Association, Ms. Paré worked in various capacities in a wide range of economic sectors in the association community, including the Association des professionnels en construction d'habitations du Québec, Dairy Farmers of Canada, and Les Éleveurs de porcs du Québec.

Over the years, she has built an impressive network and has served on the boards of Tourisme Montréal, Montréal en Lumière, the Olympic Park and the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. In 2021, Ms. Paré was also named one of the 20 Super Heroes – 20 Inspiring CEOs by Espace OBNL and in 2020 was recognized as one of the Americas Top 25 Extraordinary Minds by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.

A graduate of HEC Montréal in business administration, Imen Zitouni has been working at Intact Insurance for more than 10 years in senior management positions as a digital strategist, including Vice President, eCommerce and Vice President, Innovation and Chief Digital Officer. In 2019, she was named Deputy Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, and in 2021 Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, Intact Lab. Prior to joining Intact Insurance, she worked at Cossette Interactive, a division of the Cossette Group, TD Insurance and AXA Assistance Canada, where she was responsible for online quoting and sales tools deployed across the country. Ms. Zitouni was also awarded the 2018 OCTAS IT Coup de Coeur Award for Best Mobile Application in addition to being named a 2016 Marketing Personality by Québec’s Association du marketing relationnel.
