YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport is proud to offer unique experiences to passengers. Whether it's for a moment of comfort with the pet squad or to kindly be assisted by the ambassadors, passengers will certainly have something to be charmed about.
The Pet Squad: moments of tenderness
YUL has set up a squad composed of about thirty dogs that walk around the airport to treat travellers with moments of relaxation. They can pet them and discuss with their accompanying master. Called the YUL Pet Squad, this initiative is highly appreciated by passengers who may feel more febrile or anxious in an airport environment, or that are simply in love with dogs.
This project is the result of a collaboration with the Centre d'Adoption d'Animaux de Compagnie du Québec (caacQ). Animal owners/guardians carry out this activity on a voluntary basis.
Ambassadors: always ready to help
They know the terminal like the back of their hand and can answer all questions faster than you can say "YUL": our team of ambassadors is happy to help passengers. They are present throughout the airport to guide and advise passengers and can be easily recognized by their distinctive red jackets. With their total capacity of speaking more than ten languages, their smiles greet passengers at all times.
