Ambassadors: always ready to help

The ambassadors know the terminal like the back of their hand and can answer all questions faster than you can say "YUL": our team of ambassadors is happy to help passengers. They are present throughout the airport to guide and advise passengers and can be easily recognized by their distinctive red jackets. With their total capacity of speaking more than ten languages, their smiles greet passengers at all times.

If you can’t find the answers to your questions here on the site, you may call ADM at between 4 A.M. to 10 P.M. at 514-633-3333 or 1 800 465-1213 (toll free from anywhere in Canada, Vermont and Albany, New York).


Information counters

You will find an information counter open between 4 A.M. to 10 P.M. on the departures level near door 4. Another counter, open between 4 P.M. and 12 A.M., is located on the international arrivals level near door 27. Passengers can also use the courtesy phones at various locations in the terminal to call for information. There are also video walls in strategic locations.


Airport Patrol

The mission of ADM’s Airport Patrol is to protect passengers, personnel and facilities. Its members are assigned to a number of specialized teams with responsibilities that include responding to emergencies, enforcing regulations, controlling traffic, detecting explosives, policing restricted areas as well as assisting passengers.



In the event of an emergency at Montréal–Trudeau: press the emergency button located on all public telephones, or dial 514 420-5000, or contact a member of the Airport Patrol or any ADM customer service representative. Whether your concern is a medical emergency, accident, theft, suspicious package or any other unusual situation, do not hesitate to call on us for assistance.


First aid

The members of Airport Patrol are all trained as first responders. They are able to intervene quickly and offer advanced first aid. All public phones in the terminal are equipped with an emergency button to make a direct call for assistance.


Ticket counters

Travellers who are looking to purchase airline tickets at Montréal–Trudeau should contact the airline to verify if they offer this service at the airport.



The travel wholesalers and tour operators counter is on the departures level near Entrance 1. If they wish, passengers can meet their representative there and pick up their travel documents.
