There are two options for check-in:
1. At the counter of your airline
2. At a self-service kiosk
The airline staff will be able to assist you during check-in. Some kiosks are also adapted for different types of disabilities. Ask an airline attendant for assistance.
If you require a personal attendant to assist you to the boarding gate, please contact your airline to make arrangements and obtain further information.
Security checkpoint (search point)
One line at each pre-boarding screening checkpoint is reserved for people with limited mobility accompanied by an airline passenger agent.
In the international and transborder jetties, passengers with limited mobility have access to a transportation service using electric carts, from the security checkpoint to the boarding gate (departures level).
